“My Loaded Icarus was supposed to be complete with Orangatang Nipple Bushings (orange - soft), which is described in the standard specifications for this Loaded complete board. Instead, I received standard Paris truck bushings. Otherwise, all other components are as ordered.”

I wish kick push could be a lot quicker with sending emails, invoices and tracking numbers but I do understand that a lot of people order during hours. I ordered one complete and a deck. N194039
The items were packed together in a way that any movement during freight caused the grip tape from the complete to scratch off the artwork of the deck.
A little disappointing to open the box and see the damage. I was planning on riding the deck and not displaying it so no big problem there I guess.
Just a heads up for your packing team to be aware of.

“I bought a Baker deck and some grip Independent logo grip tape and it was free to apply so I asked for it to be applied for me. It was a terrible job, had bubbles and creases all over and I had to remove it and applied some tape I bought locally. I know it’s only $20 but the time spent and when I would have saved a hassle having done it myself I wouldn’t recommend that service. The rest of the service was good”
