“My Loaded Icarus was supposed to be complete with Orangatang Nipple Bushings (orange - soft), which is described in the standard specifications for this Loaded complete board. Instead, I received standard Paris truck bushings. Otherwise, all other components are as ordered.”
“Great speed with delivery and tracking. Unfortunately 3 of the 4 wheels were discoloured. I’m unsure if this is a manufacturing fault or fault with the way they were stored (in the sun) but it’s disappointing. Glad it wasn’t for display”

But every other product I purchased / their sales team kept me informed. Instead I had to chase with aus post. Then I had to contact aus post directly. Disappointed as I spent all that money on my boyfriend and they have not considered emailing me back to get a replacement”
“They were slow in dispatching my order. I placed the order during the day and never got the tracking number nearly a week later which sucks only to find out my order hadn't left the store that day. I wish kick push could be a lot quicker with sending emails, invoices and tracking numbers but I do understand that a lot of people order during hours. I ordered one complete and a deck. N194039
The items were packed together in a way that any movement during freight caused the grip tape from the complete to scratch off the artwork of the deck.
A little disappointing to open the box and see the damage. I was planning on riding the deck and not displaying it so no big problem there I guess.
Just a heads up for your packing team to be aware of.

“I bought a Baker deck and some grip Independent logo grip tape and it was free to apply so I asked for it to be applied for me. It was a terrible job, had bubbles and creases all over and I had to remove it and applied some tape I bought locally. I know it’s only $20 but the time spent and when I would have saved a hassle having done it myself I wouldn’t recommend that service. The rest of the service was good”
“didn't provide the hic kit with my scooter which I had ordered got my refund but I could't ride my scooter until I yet to the shop and purchased parts. everything else was fine but that was disappointing you should have at least given a substitute if you couldn't supply it.”
