My product arrived 2 1/2 months later. I had to constantly contact then in regards to my package. They kept saying there is delays due to lockdown. But every other product I purchased / their sales team kept me informed. Instead I had to chase with aus post. Then I had to contact aus post directly. Let kick push know I placed a lost package notice. Then they finally followed up. The actual product is great. But I’m selecting poor, due to the package being lost and the lack of service/ follow up .
