“Kick/Push couldn’t care less. Worst online shopping experience. Expensive Globber scooter purchased online. When the handbrake failed after five weeks (10 uses riding with my kids around the neighbourhood), the shop assistant followed up a warranty claim but accepted no responsibility/help and couldn’t care less after Globber failed to honour the warranty. It was my problem to deal with after they took my $280. I won’t recommend this shop to anyone.”
Customer reported an issue which we raised with the manufacturer. The manufacturer informed us that it was a maintenance issue, a hand brake cable needed adjustment, we promptly informed the customer of this and that is the last we heard from them. If they were not satisfied and had contacted us we would have looked for further solutions to ensure the right outcome.
