“I unfortunately left an order very late when I needed a pair of sunglasses for an event a week in advance... I accidentally forgot to select Express Post for this item - so I rang up the morning I purchased it and Liam helped me fix the order straight away with no dramas. Extremely helpful and nice fella, thank you for your assistance, it is much appreciated!”
