I also received some stickers and a hat.
Now back in the states I ordered a sacrifice scooter and received nothing else.

“Everything with the order was great except for one small thing . I chose to have my board gripped for me which was done very well, I only wish that the bits of the grip tape that were cut off had been shipped with the order so that I could use it to sand down my board. Maybe something to consider for future orders so that people who want to sand their board down a bit so their shoes don’t get wrecked by the grip tape can do so.
