“Great service! Couldn’t deliver to my address so received a friendly call advising other alternatives to make it work. Ended up going into their store just across the border, friendly in store too. Mentioned it was a gift for my partner but we have our eyes set on a second one, to which they voluntarily offered a discount if we wanted to come back which we did a few weeks later :) - again, different staff but friendly encounter.
The last skate store we went into we walked straight back out of because of the rude staff. We were looking at spending a significant amount and politely asked if there would be any deal if we bought two. The guy SASSILY responded “I just sold about $10,000 worth, two skateboards is nothing to me”. We walked straight back out and gladly found Kick Push instead!
