“They were slow in dispatching my order. I placed the order during the day and never got the tracking number nearly a week later which sucks only to find out my order hadn't left the store that day. I wish kick push could be a lot quicker with sending emails, invoices and tracking numbers but I do understand that a lot of people order during hours. I ordered one complete and a deck. N194039
The items were packed together in a way that any movement during freight caused the grip tape from the complete to scratch off the artwork of the deck.
A little disappointing to open the box and see the damage. I was planning on riding the deck and not displaying it so no big problem there I guess.
Just a heads up for your packing team to be aware of.
