“All was good with the actual purchase, delivery and product, however, before I ordered it, I emailed the company about how to order to a Korean address using a British bank card. The reply stated that you guys don't deliver to Korea or the UK, completely ignoring my actual question. Lo and behold, the board arrived in Korea, so your employee, Lachy, must have been misinformed or something. Sucks to have so little attention given to the question and just palmed off like that.
Next time, it would be better if the person who reads the emails actually answered the questions and gave the correct answer.
