“Extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Explained everything to me VERY clearly and made sure I understood all cost implications. The service was swift and precise, but not intimidating or stressful. They were helping me with debts and did not shame or embarrass me, they were all very supportive. Yes, I know they are making money and the service should be good, but this was exemplary.”

“Initial contact with David was excellent he explained everything and made sure we were clear on the process and next steps. He easily contacted and always called when he said he would. Really cannot fault him. Once he passed out application onto our case manager things were a little more difficult. Thankfully we didn't have many issues but our case manager was difficult to get hold of, didn't call back and didn't advise us our lender needed more information which delayed completion for 3 days. It was only when I called we knew there was an issue which was resolved within an hour”
