“Initial contact with David was excellent he explained everything and made sure we were clear on the process and next steps. He easily contacted and always called when he said he would. Really cannot fault him. Once he passed out application onto our case manager things were a little more difficult. Thankfully we didn't have many issues but our case manager was difficult to get hold of, didn't call back and didn't advise us our lender needed more information which delayed completion for 3 days. It was only when I called we knew there was an issue which was resolved within an hour”

“Julie was assigned to me as my case manager, she has been a great help with my remortgaging, always ready to talk to me and explain things clearly. We kept in contact frequently and she always kept me updated with the progress of the remortgaging and dealt with any queries that arose during the contract. Yesterday the remortgaging was completed and, thanks to Julie, I can start sorting myself out and back on track again. I was very pleased with the service I received from Lendle.co.uk and I will recommend this company to anybody. Thank you Julie, your help was very much appreciated....”

“This was almost a 5 star review Great start to the process Sue was great and easy to deal with explained everything thoroughly knows her job and good at it to very genuine and helpful.Gary my case manager was excellent on all accounts things were going great until first application fell through but quickly onto another application unfortunately Gay went on annual leave during this which is great but the process seemed to slow due to this but great communication between myself and Gary quickly got things back on track on his return and the application finished very strongly and completed very nicely.The fee is quite high but in-line for the process required.Overall Great start bumpy middle strong finish very happy customerI would recommend if it抯 the type of lending you need to suit your requirements.Found the staff I dealt with directly very calm and professional and willing to go the extra mile if you needed it to.Thanks all involved”
