“The delivery was on time and the quality and style of the item were both excellent. However the sizing of the garment was surprising as the size 12 was substantially too small for my wife who is normally 10/12. We have therefore had to return the item and will now be testing your reimbursement system. Disappointment all round !”

“Love the styles and shorter lengths which suit me as a size 12 with boobs and a petite frame 5ft. The three quarter sleeves are great too. Jackets not so good as they are long in the body so don't fit on hips and gape at back. Love the mix of classic colours and the vibrants. Its my go to place for an event. Just wore the Hadley in rosehip for women of the year interview. Lisa Capper”

We know it can be hard to shop for a petite frame and are always happy to advise on fit. Some of our longer line jackets might not work but I would suggest going with a style like the Sussex Jacket which I know has worked for other petite customers.

“I have bought many items from Libby London over the last 10 years, those that I have kept I have loved and they have worn well. I always look to see what you have before looking elsewhere for work clothes and am usually tempted.
My two suggestions for enhancing customer experience would be:
1) consider offering two lengths for dresses - I always have to have things taken up which adds additional cost to the purchase
2) Returns take an excessively long time to process. Twice in the past few months it has taken 4 weeks to get my refund and I only received it when I chased. It then came very quickly which did make me uncomfortable that I still would not have received the refund had I not followed up. Other companies - Boden and Hobbs are recent examples where the return has been acknowledged with 2 or 3 days and the refund available very shortly thereafter. This experience did put me off shopping with Libby for a while, particuarly as often I have to buy two sizes to see which one fits best.”

We would love to offer multiple lengths and hope that it is something we will be able to do as we continue to grow. We are working to change our returns system as we know it could be improved, and though the changes have helped we know there have been some teething issues.
