“i loved the sleeves of the black dress but the body lacked structure and the belt didnt work for me, so i have returned. On that note, I previously ordered things (including the dress) to try from Libby as i knew the returns process was straightforward, with the prepaid label. That system seems to have been replaced with an online process. Whilst perhaps a small costs saving tweak on your side, this is enough additional admin in a busy life that it will now deter me from further speculative purchases from Libby.”

Dear Annabel,
We're sorry to hear that you weren't happy with your order. I can see you order our Weymouth dress which is a lightweight Summer style so a lot lighter material than many of our other styles. If you like the style of Weymouth but would prefer a heavier fabric I would suggest the Manhattan dress.
