“I received my Seiko SBP077 fairly quickly, no problems here. I noticed some hours later that the bracelet had been damaged with one of the links scratched and bent out of shape, and they insisted I had damaged the bracelet myself when resizing it. I have sent photos of my resizing tool not touching the link at all, and that the bracelet might've already been damaged before I even opened it as I could see the marks on the link in the very first photo of the watch I took, stickers still intact. Communication was good at first, but my email refuting the claims that I damaged the bracelet myself have been ignored and I've heard nothing since.”

“Great experience from Linda & Co, straightforward transaction and excellent price for a Seiko SPB007J. I called to check alignment of the watch before it was dispatched and both staff members I spoke to were extremely helpful. Only negative was the item was send standard delivery and it took almost 3 weeks to arrive in WA from date of order. For $5 extra, express shipping would have been nice as generally only takes 3 days to arrive.

Hi Shamim Thanks for your review , The watches upon manufacturing are fitted with a battery and then shipped off to Australia. Unfortunately they are all in working condition when we recieved into our warehouse and the battery lifespan is out of our control. If you send the watch back to us we have it covered under warranty.
