I purchased a display model seiko spb077j and it arrived broken even after calling them to check that the watch was in working order. They told me they would replace it for me and when i tried to get that in writing from them because i didnt trust them, they refused to replace it at the same price and I had to pay an extra $200 to have it replaced woth a non display model. In future I will shop elsewhere and have their competitors price match them wherever possible. Don't trust anything from them you can't get in writing.

When I bought the watch from Linda and Co and it arrived it didn’t come with battery so I had to go replace it and spend another $35, like what is that? I have my receipt too, very bad service.

Hi Shamim Thanks for your review , The watches upon manufacturing are fitted with a battery and then shipped off to Australia. Unfortunately they are all in working condition when we recieved into our warehouse and the battery lifespan is out of our control. If you send the watch back to us we have it covered under warranty.

Why only 1 Star: firstly, all Watch providers have to do is supply the Watch - the Quality & after Sales Service chiefly rests with them; but a Watch provider or Seller can make or break the credibility of a Brand - the Seiko I was sent is immaculate & seems to keep near perfect time for a 6R 35A movement - but, it is how it got to me that causes me to make down the Provider... I wanted the Watch ASAP for family reasons - i paid Insured Express Post but the Provider treated it as if it were Freight Free Shipping - I have been told this was an AP issue... I've no doubt about AP's Slothfulness - they are a Law unto Themselves! Still, an Apology prior to me whilst on the Slow Boat from China would have been professional. The moral, if there's one: treat every Customer like it matters.
