“I received my Seiko SBP077 fairly quickly, no problems here. I noticed some hours later that the bracelet had been damaged with one of the links scratched and bent out of shape, and they insisted I had damaged the bracelet myself when resizing it. I have sent photos of my resizing tool not touching the link at all, and that the bracelet might've already been damaged before I even opened it as I could see the marks on the link in the very first photo of the watch I took, stickers still intact. Communication was good at first, but my email refuting the claims that I damaged the bracelet myself have been ignored and I've heard nothing since.”
