Very slow , charging takes very long , and when it’s finished charging the iPad only last 2 hours and the tablet turns on and off so randomly at times

Affordable things , have bought 3 products from here , 2 were good , the scooter was something I won’t recommend (metal one) . Delivery is fast!

The shopping experience with Little Nation has been most disappointing and frustrating. The items have not yet reached the children and that is very discouraging for me as a shopper. I paid for this purchase on the 26th of September 2023 and at as the 10th of November no parcel has been delivered.

Unfortunately our purchase didn’t match our expectations. We received the wrong colour and after 3 weeks of use (vacuumed approx 5 times) rippling appeared. These issues were reported however I didn’t feel as though there was a legitimate explanation for the issues.

Absolute rubbish. More than half of what I bought from here for my son has been rubbish, and at least one toy had to be destroyed. The Sammy Play Car park is dangerous and should not be sold to any child.

So disappointed, I returned one of the items in my order after emailing and confirming this was acceptable. Since paying for postage out of my own pocket I have heard nothing back no reply’s to my three emails already sent. No refund. I know the item should have been received by now as I posted other items on the same day that have been received already.

I bought the activity table for my 1yr old son in June. It has already broken and by pure good luck he did not choke or injure himself on the broken parts. Will never buy another of your products and will be warning my friends about them too

Wouldn’t supply a full refund or pay for postage to return a faulty product. I settled for a partial refund but I will be escalating the complaint. Very disappointed

I’m yet to test the product as it only just arrived. After checking with LN on delivery timeframes prior to ordering they advised 2-4 days from order. So I ordered with 10 days grace before my sons birthday. I understand that transport is difficult currently, however I didn’t appreciate being lied to. When I asked for a status update, I was told it had been dispatched and to wait for the tracking number to register. After following up multiple times again as there was no tracking information, they said it hadn’t been dispatched as they had a covid case in the warehouse I. I appreciate that this can happen. However don’t lie about it.

The product itself is good- some of the materials are poor quality but the shipping and communication was terrible. No updates I had to keep seeking answers to why the website indicated fast shipping and I waited almost a month to receive the item.

Not happy at all with the product or customer service. The product is quite poor quality for the price paid. Trying to get assistance from customer service has proven difficult. Ruined my daughters big birthday gift
