Quite disappointed in kitchen. Lots of marks on pieces, plus chunks and chips taken out. Took over 8 hours to put together. Instructions extremely hard to understand. Unnecessarily hard & not the best quality especially for the amount of money I paid for this.

After waiting weeks for my order I had to contact the company to see where it was. I was given the run around for a while longer. In the end they re ordered my product and I received it promptly. Not sure why they could not have done that earlier.

Long wait time for despatch, understanding covid restrictions, shipping time on the website still advised 48 hour despatch time. This was only updated when I suggested they should do so. Helmet was despatched into the postal system in it's normal shelf box, with a label stuck on it. There was no padding of any sort within the helmet box, just a plastic sleeve over the helmet it's self. Considering this has gone through the postal network that relies on machinery to tip and sort goods, I'm concerned about the integrity of the received helmet. Customer service via email was responded to with 24 hours. Would I ever buy from this company again? Honestly, No. I'd prefer to spend more money elsewhere.

When I received the trike it was damaged. It took a long time to organise a replacement, after being told I was sent a new trike, I was told I would have to wait until mid September for a new one to be shipped.. Money return took longer than I was advised it would take. A bit disappointed as I was looking forward to this product

After sales service not strong; assembly instructions that come with the product are poor, bordering on useless; detailed instructions link for the PT19 has error 404 message "NOT FOUND - This is somewhat embarrassing, isn't it?" You think? And after almost a week after lodging a Help Ticket? Still no response.

Huge box with a stack of plastic packaging. Gum boots fine but on the big side.
