“I had ordered a card for a 10th anniversary payed for it to come asap however it didn't turn up until a week later so had to go out to buy a card won't use again!”

Thanks for your order - it's such a shame that we weren't made aware of the delay, unfortunately, we have to rely on Royal Mail to deliver our items and if they let us down, we are always happy to help. We do expect a first-class service with Royal mail and they don't always provide this even though the extra has been paid for this. I'm really sorry that Royal Mail has let you down, it's a real shame that we are penalised for their poor service.
