I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my delivery and it still hasn't arrived yet.

Thanks for your order, although massive apologies that your order hasn't arrived. I have checked through our messages and I'm unable to see any contact from you in regards to letting us know and having a chance to rectify this for you as we do rely on Royal Mail to deliver our products and we are unaware when they don't arrive. Can you please reach out to us so we can rectify the issue Royal Mail has caused?

I had ordered a card for a 10th anniversary payed for it to come asap however it didn't turn up until a week later so had to go out to buy a card won't use again!

Thanks for your order - it's such a shame that we weren't made aware of the delay, unfortunately, we have to rely on Royal Mail to deliver our items and if they let us down, we are always happy to help. We do expect a first-class service with Royal mail and they don't always provide this even though the extra has been paid for this. I'm really sorry that Royal Mail has let you down, it's a real shame that we are penalised for their poor service. Normally I love ordering from Love Layla and have never had a problem before, but a card I ordered never arrived and when I reached out to the customer services team there was no response.

The sticker was pale and didn’t stock on a bottle correctly I took my time with it but it was all creased on the bottle and I had to throw it away

I'd give Love layla 10 out of 10, but unfortunately their cards take SO LONG to get to the person! I made and bought mine a full TEN DAYS before that persons birthday (my son actually), I had an email saying it was on its way 9 days later, and it got there 2 days after his birthday. It was a great card, and I don't mind spending more, but the one thing you do want is for it to get there on time!

Thanks for your order and honest review - although unfortunately, we are up against a postal service that Royal Mail provides when we send out our orders that aren't always as efficient as we would expect. We are sorry that your order was longer in the postal service than we expect.

Have ordered several items well in advance of the birthdays I needed them delivered for and they have been massively delayed despite their quoted “fast as fuck” delivery. Maybe not as fast as it should be!!

Thanks for your continued support - although it sounds like Royal Mail have let us down on this one, I'm really sorry they didn't deliver as fast as they should do. We are at the hands of the postage service but we do dispatch our orders the next working day at the latest (depending on when the order was placed). I'm glad you loved our products the the did finally arrive. Thanks for your honest review.

My order was cancelled but not refunded until I questioned it. Lack of communication, will not be ordering again unfortunately

Hi Nicola, We have checked our emails and have found that you emailed because you had purchased the wrong card. You were advised that we were unable to edit the card order so we could only cancel this with your permission, we asked how you would like to proceed. We waited for your reply but we then received an email four days later asking where your order was and did we cancel this. We did inform you that we hadn't received your reply but on this basis, we have refunded you. We do await a reply when asking how you would like to proceed, you didn't reply. We are sorry you feel this was unsatisfactory and will no longer order from us - but we tried our best from our side to create the best customer experience after you had made a mistake, we tried to rectify and inform you but feel because we didn't get a response from you, this review is unfair. We can only act on the customers instructions.

Hi Carol, thanks for your order. Can I ask if this was the message inside the card that was too small? There is a font size that can be changed when typing out and the preview shows. I'm sorry you are unhappy with your purchase, as a small family run business we do try very hard to ensure the customer is satisfied with their order and would be happy to rectify where we can.
