I ordered a scratch map for my niece as a Christmas present, whilst the item arrived in a timely manner it was damaged in several places. The substandard product was not suitable to given as a present for my niece. I have tried on several occasions via various platforms to contact luckies in order to resolve this issue with no response to date which is wholly unacceptable.

I did not receive my delivery. I have contacted them via email and online contact form but they haven’t replied. I have tried to call the company but their number is no longer in use. It’s a scam don’t order from them.

I ordered a map and received it but the package and the map were damaged. I messaged them straightaway but didn't hear anything. Trying to call them but the phone numbers are not working so don't know how to contact them.

I have tried to unsubscribe from their newsletter tens of times on both emails I have used in the past. I've contacted them using all email addresses given online and am being completely ignored. It's not difficult, is it. Unsubscribe me, I don't want to hear from you. Can't make that any clearer.

Bought a scratch map as a gift, the foil isn't scratching off in a lot of areas and looks messy. Have emailed and messaged but with no replies. Very disappointed.

Customer service is really poor. Written several emails but never reply. Think twice before you order cus they never replied my message for returning or replacing my product👎👎👎👎👎 I will never make any orders again.

The map arrived damaged It doesn’t even show half the popular cities It was meant to be a gift, thank god I opened it to see if it’s ok to gift as it was my first time using the website!! Very frustrated . Avoid! I ended up purchasing a new one from Amazon for half the price and it was in immaculate condition. Tried to contact the customer services at LUCKIES but they never pick up the phone so I’m now left with a map I will not even use.

The product itself was not in a great condition - it was intended as a birthday present so I couldn’t use it. I have also been chasing a refund for well over a week now and have found the customer service very unhelpful

The magnetic holder didn’t hold the scratch map at the bottom at all, it just slid off. very disappointing

DPD messed up delivery so never got parcel. Spoke to Luckies who said they would help, but they never did. Total waste of time & money.

Purchased an item as a Christmas present, supposedly delivered by PDP. instead got delivered to a totally different address, not a clue where. contacted DPD to complain, no reply. I then contacted Luckies of London to advise them on the situation, again no reply. So not a good review as I am out of pocket and have no present to show for it.!

This website is no good. I ordered 11th of December with hope that I could get the items before Christmas. Now it is 23th of December and the only thing that has happened is a withdrawal of my money from my credit card. No shipping confirmation and not a word of any delays. I am going to ask for a refund and had to get the Christmas presents from other places. Hope they at least answer my refund request even if they have not answered any of my enquiries regarding the order I have placed.

Hi - Apologies for the delay in receiving your order. We quote a delivey time of 1-2 weeks to Norway. Unfortunately it looks like this wil be closer to two weeks. There are also some delays with postal services due to the effects of COVID. I’d love to comment on your products. Sadly I can’t. Because you use DPD as a delivery service, instead of the Royal Mail, I have waited in twice only for them to fail to deliver. Never ordering from you again

Hi - very sorry to hear you've had problems with the delivery of your order. We switched to DPD for UK deliveries a while back due to ongoing issues with Royal Mail, and have found DPD to be more reliable on the whole.
