“What an incredible resource and team to have at your fingertips. We are really spoiled. Everyone I worked with was polite, knowledgeable, and dedicated to great work. They take your notes and requests and also ensure that quality is not lost. As others have said, I have plans to work with them again. “I had a very poor recorded demo from 10 years ago that was very close to my heart and asked Major Mixing to do something with it. I'm glad to say I'm really happy with the result. It was sometimes hard to communicate about revisions - but I can’t lower the rating for this reason, because in the end we overcame it and part of the problem with communication was on my side. Interested in working with the guys again - hopefully on the better recorded release this time. :)”

“I am music producer, I pay for the stem mastering of my techno sound and they make very good job. The team is really kind and answers fast by email and you can ask for revision until you are satisfied ! I recommend 100%👌”

“They blamed me because they can't count music measures. I sent them detailed information with specific instructions on what measures instruments should come in and out. Apparently I was wrong for taking the time to do so. And Kseniya was extremely rude about it. If they can't understand basic music principles like how measures are counted, then I guess mixing might be too much for them as well”

This client approached us for adjustments to his arrangement. We requested specific details in a particular format to ensure we could fulfill his requirements precisely. Approximately two weeks after our initial discussion, he inquired again about the format for submitting his notes. We provided an example of how it should be done. However, we subsequently received their notes in a completely different format. After a brief discussion regarding our recommendation, he informed us they would leave a negative review, despite us not having started any work yet. In response, our manager suggested that if we couldn't establish common ground during discussions, perhaps it would be best not to proceed with the collaboration. We recommended the client find individuals with whom he felt more comfortable working.
