“They blamed me because they can't count music measures. I sent them detailed information with specific instructions on what measures instruments should come in and out. Apparently I was wrong for taking the time to do so. And Kseniya was extremely rude about it. If they can't understand basic music principles like how measures are counted, then I guess mixing might be too much for them as well”

This client approached us for adjustments to his arrangement. We requested specific details in a particular format to ensure we could fulfill his requirements precisely. Approximately two weeks after our initial discussion, he inquired again about the format for submitting his notes. We provided an example of how it should be done. However, we subsequently received their notes in a completely different format. After a brief discussion regarding our recommendation, he informed us they would leave a negative review, despite us not having started any work yet. In response, our manager suggested that if we couldn't establish common ground during discussions, perhaps it would be best not to proceed with the collaboration. We recommended the client find individuals with whom he felt more comfortable working.

“They are friendly. I do believe this service is very good for electronic music producers, for me however, I had a bad experience. I mixed 4 tracks with them and 3 of them turned out to be not good enough to upload cause of noises and clicks in the mix. I do not believe the technician cares about the end result, they care about the order getting finished ASAP. Which is understandable. I think we are an exception tho cause I see a lot of good reviews. We ended up wasting like $500 on tracks that we cant even upload cause of wierd clicking noises that dont exist in our exported files but came into the final mix after we sent them here. Idk, It did not feel like we were getting through with our critique. I am sorry”
