“We recently had a leak in our 7 1/2 year old dishwasher. The problem was diagnosed and repaired! The repair was not cheap, but it was less expensive than replacing. We appreciate their honesty and advice on which way to go. They could have advised replacement, knowing it could be repaired, but they did NOT. They are HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY and we love their SERVICE.”

“Drew was fantastic - very knowledgeable about the products. Provided lots of alternatives. Very good experience. Delivery and installation was smooth. Needed to make an adjustment to our cabinets, which was done very professionally by Mark.”

“The service was excellent. When I realized I needed to purchase a new refrigerator, my caregiver worked with Drew Bradley. She messaged him with what I wanted and the size needed. He had something in stock and said it could be delivered the same day which it was. I could not have asked for better service.”

“Your sales team was kind, patient, and courteous.. After the installation there was a minor problem. After reporting the problem the service personell came and resolved the problem in a timely manner. I would recommend Marks appliance to anyone interested a new appliance. Which we do. Thanks for being there when we need a good dealer. David and Margaret Holthaus”

“The salesman was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in the store. He was very knowledgeable about the different washers., and answered all of our questions. Delivery of the new washer will be in just a few days. I was very impressed, and would definitely recommend Mark's Appliance.”
