“Our service man Jacob was very polite and good explaining things that were posiable problems . Ended up desiding on a new appliance, he took care of everything , the whole prosses was very professional and easy . Thank You Jacob”

“About as painless as you could make buying an appliance. Abe was super fast, it was very easy to setup installation, and we left with a warranty and installation for what we were expecting to pay for the dishwasher only. We had excellent service on our washing machine that we didn’t buy at Marks, so we made it a point to buy our next appliance there. I’m glad we did.”

“Kevin was friendly and handled our dishwasher purchase efficiently. I did my research. Knew what I wanted. It was priced competitively with the big box stores and the install was lined up immediately with email and text follow-ups. Buy local and you get much, much more.”

“Connor first came down to check our washer, I had just installed a new pump because of a big leak, put in back together, ran fine but still had a small leak, Connor said washer too old for parts, that’s why we went you folks, good service….Drew got us fixed up….Phil Acton”

“This past week was my 2nd time that I have purchased an appliance from Mark's. Both times that I have shopped their store I found better prices and better customer service (in store salesmen and in home service) than ANY other appliance store that I have shopped at before, hands down better!! Anytime I know of someone who is in the market for any new appliance I tell them to go to Mark's and they will not be disappointed!! Thank you Mark's for being what this world needs as a kind, friendly, professional, and budget caring store that truly cares about their customers and helping in every way possible to meet their needs!!”

“Always a good experience at Marks but this visit was exceptional because I had the pleasure of working with Abram Harper. He was so kind and very thorough explaining what I needed to know. about my purchase. He was an all around comfortable person to talk to and you didn’t get the feeling he was just doing a sales pitch. He genuinely cares. He’s definitely a keeper!! “I love the new show room! It is spacious and you have the opportunity to see so many appliances. I worked with Brent Husky yesterday and he was great. He was very informative and patient with all my questions. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Mark's Appliances to friends and afmily.”

“We needed a new refrigerator and worked with Abe. Only 2 models would fit in the space we have and after selecting the one we wanted, Abe was very thorough with all the details regarding delivery, warranties and service. I felt that he just wasn't making a sale but actually cared about our needs. We will be back for other appliances as needed!”
