Just cancelled my policy. My policy documents arrived open. This is obviously a huge red flag as it contains all my personal data and lists items I have taken extra cover out on. The lady on the phone (Kelly/Kerry) was so unhelpful and unempathepic.
There was no attempt to reassure me or make my account secure.”
