“From start to finish the service and staff were absolutely outstanding, the organisation of the appointment, the text reminders and overall system was brilliant. A huge thank you to Natalie who was our dressing nurse, who was so kind, patient and understanding with our son Oliver after a nasty motorbike accident, it was very much appreciated and will never be forgotten.”
