“The staff at the lab are very friendly and helpful, especially Kat, who always responds to emails promptly. My only suggestion would be to arrange for the courier to come for the second collection after 4 PM instead of before 3 PM. Occasionally, we have urgent cases in the late afternoon, and if samples aren't collected until the next day, it delays results, which isn't ideal.”

“The sleeves are very useful and make thighs much more comfortable under the catheter Fix IT Strap. Personally I prefer my leg bag lower down, so I've not put it in the slot that the sleeve provides.”

“Happy with the product and service. However, I was disappointed that I was unable to purchase the Hydrofilm transparent wound dressing size 5cmx7.2cm (2inx2 3/4in). The transparent dressing is a lot kinder to my mum's skin when removing as she is 93yrs and has very thin skin. Some of mum's wounds only require this smaller size”

“Great company to order from. Delivery was very quick, although it's a little pricey. I'm a pensioner so the dressings are costing me a great deal, plus the postage on top, but I need them so I mustn't grumble. I couldn't afford to buy a large amount to save postage in one delivery which means I'm paying more in the long run but sadly, that's how it must be. I would recommend ordering from Medical Dressings Ltd.”
