“my parcel said it was delivered but definately not to my address. Said items ordered not received”

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with your delivery . According to the tracking information provided by Royal Mail, the parcel was delivered to the address provided when checking out, and they have provided a GPS location and an image as proof of delivery (see attached). We recommend checking with everyone in your household or any neighbors who might have accepted the parcel on your behalf. “I find the TheraBite pads ridiculously expensive. These are a small piece of soft plastic with a bit of double sided tape. People need these for medical problems and the price we have to pay is excessive.”
