I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with your delivery . According to the tracking information provided by Royal Mail, the parcel was delivered to the address provided when checking out, and they have provided a GPS location and an image as proof of delivery (see attached). We recommend checking with everyone in your household or any neighbors who might have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
