“La commande c'est bien passé, le transport dans les temps mais la livraison gache le tout. Pour moi la faute n'est pas a mémory pc mais a UPS. La boulangère du point relais m'a dit que le livreur avait jeté le pc par terre. Vu le carton je n'ai pas eu de mal à la croire....
Bref en ouvrant le carton les cousins gonflables pourtant nombreux sont quasiment tous vide et le carton interne n'est que peu endomager. A l'ouverture du carton je retouve une fiche usb C de cassée, après discussion avec le support ils me disent de démarrer quand meme le pc pour voir.
Tout fonctionne parfaitement pendant 2 jours puis le PC s'éteint après environ 2 min de fonctionnement, le watercooling ne se lance plus et le proc chauffe a 95°C avant de s'eteindre par ces protections.
Apres nouvelle échange avec le support, memory pc me renvoi sa&ns discussion (ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié) un bon de retour.
J'en suis a ce point du process et ne recommanderais plus un pc monté en livraision à cause de ces foutu livreurs.......”

Funktionert das PC bis zurzeit noch kein Problem, aber die RAM-Bus ist noch nicht vollständig zum 3600 Mhz eingestellt, ich muss das selber machen. Hinweis : Stellt ihr das für anderen Kunden ein, die vielleicht noch nicht wissen, wie das geht.

My ONLY complaint is that there is no other choice than UPS for shipping. At least in France, it's really not the best company for private individuals who can't stay at home all day to wait for a package, and their customer service can't really help you when a problem arises (to be fair this time the added difficulty came from an error on my part, but I had problems with them before, even without making any postal code mistake). In the end, I managed to get in contact directly with the sorting center, where they found my package manually and told me that everything the customer service had told me for the past few days was false (" the postal code has been corrected" "your package is being delivered today stay at home all day ! " " we can't deliver it to a pick-up point").
I would recommend Memory PC to my friends in a heartbeat, but they might remember that I stressed for a week because I was receiving conflicting information about where my computer was, when it was supposed to arrive, and if the mistake had been corrected or not. Had the option existed I would have paid more to be able to choose another shipping service.”

I got Support for Problems and easy Solvations.
The Computer was build and first configure in MemoryPC and it works really well.
The Management from the Cabels is nice and clean
The Only Point for the 4 stars and not 5 is the Delivery from UPS Company
I would recommend to change the Company for the Delivery cause they didnt refresh the Trackingid fast enough and the Termination for Arrivals are not on Point.
MemoryPC on his own is a very good Place to build a Computer and for Quick Support.

Gerät/PC: Perfekt! Der PC ist qualitativ hochwertig zusammengebaut und verpackt. Die Bauteile des Geräts entsprechen exakt den Angaben vor Bestellung. Das Gerät läuft deutlich besser als erwartet. 100 Punkte! Kann ich nur empfehlen.
Insgesamt: Lieferzeit entspricht nicht den Angaben im Bestellportal. Der Kundenservice ist geschult, professionell und absolut freundlich. Super gemacht!
