“I sent for some Afican black soap almost 2 months ago. If my order was over €50, is would be postage free. My order was over this threshold. Using their tracking, the order is still showing as in transit. Any number of emails are just ignored. They had the brass neck to send several customer satisfaction emails to my. My advice, be careful”

“I bought three items from mitchelbland.com, and one of them was defective. I complained about the defective item, but the customer service was terrible. They promised to get back to me via email, but I never received a response. I even emailed the CEO, Michaeline DeJora, three times, but there was no reply, no professionalism, and frankly, the woman is incredibly rude. Since she’s the CEO, it’s clear the company’s staff mirrors her poor attitude. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.”

“Look, anyone who plans on buying from Mitchell brand shouldn't dare to do it. They sell fake products, and on top of that, they refuse to give you a return label. If you decide to send with your own, money costs a lot; about $30 to $40. Mitchell brand also takes 10% off your money cos you returned an item. I pray their business collapses very soon; honestly, I am praying for that. No one should buy from them, I suggest you read reviews before you buy something online.”

“I placed an order for 4 products..two face washes and two moisturisers. And i received two expired products worth 1700 rs..they are not replacing it despite multiple attempts...so dont purchase anything from mitchell...they are theives.”

“Mitchell Brands product is ok but they repeatedly bait you to write positive reviews with the promise of a small discount on a future purchase, but you will never recieve a discount. They'll send you a code..its always invalid and then back and forth with them asking you to check spam folders ect. SCAM. I've done this about a dozen times in the past yr. I no longer will buy from them.”

“I have not used the product I ordered as after more than 10 days, it remains elusive. Called the Customer care and all their assurances " tomorrow sure sir" are to be taken with a pinch of salt. Quite disappointed with the logistics and the lack of concern for the Customer.”

“I did not receive the order, though I got an email that the product is dispatched. The courier person did not contact me, not even a single attempt was made. When I was tracking the order it was always showing I was not available.”
