“Unfortunately, the Artvigil I received was a fake. I’ve ordered from international sellers before and never had a problem until now. The seller said I could ship it back and they would give me a refund but I have no idea how to ship something internationally; plus they didn’t give me an address to ship it to. They were very rude and sarcastic to me. I am very disappointed because all I wanted was what I paid for.”

Dear valued buyer, We've been online for 4 plus years and have been serving 100s of customers, we ship Artvigil 150mg on a daily basis and have never had any complaints thus far, we know what we sell and from where we procure the products, so it's 100% legit. if this product doesn't work for you then it's not for you, you should try and look for some other products, that's what we said, we apologize if you feel we sounded sarcastic. *You received your product on 3rd Jan 2023 and raised a complaint on 6th March 2023, making such complaints after 2 months itself is a big red flag from the seller's point of view. *You threatened us to go for a refund with PayPal too, we come across a few buyers (1 out of 30) who would use the same tactics either to get a free product or take advantage of using PayPal to file a dispute, so we had to make them understand that we also buy the product we sell and operating such a business isn't that easy, so we were simply explaining the nature of the product we're dealing with and that PayPal won't favor you if you ever go for a refund. we didn't deny a refund though a refund isn't applicable in your case, ***we would need proof of the lab test report along with a batch number to prove your claim that it's fake or either send the product back to us, so we can initiate a refund. We want and would be serving long so selling counterfeit or fake products is a far story away. We welcome every feedback, good or bad so we appreciate your feedback. Regards! Team Modadove

“(Update to August 2022 review). The first package arrived a month later without problems (Waklert 150mg). I was glad that in modadove.co can buy without problems and at a low price, so i ordered the next order of artvigil 250. This time I ordered 300 tablets on 16/09/22. A month later, the package arrived at customs. They asked for proof of payment to let the goods through and collect import tax. In support modadove they refused to provide me with proof of payment for customs. The parcel lay in the customs warehouse until December and was returned. I don't want to say that modadove is lying or anything. Maybe I'm just unlucky. Throughout November and December, they answered me once a week and promised that they would make a reship. (I wrote to them almost every day asking them to at least refund my money if they can't reship it). But for the last two weeks they simply don’t answer. In total, for my $ 300, I received 4 months of nervous waiting for who knows what.”

“I would never use this service again. In stark contrast to other services , Modadove does not provide tracking numbers quickly nor do they really care about providing information to the customer. I was constantly having to email Modadove to get any sort of information whatsoever, even the tracking number provided was incorrect/didn’t go live for around 12days!! There are plenty of other better providers out there and I look forward to using their services. Modadove is not a scam but it a far, far below any reasonable standard.”

Dear Customer, we appreciate your honest feedback, the only reason for delaying the tracking to go live is that we can't ship directly from Singapore (it's for all vendors) and it has to go through trans-shipment (Origin to Singapore and from Singapore to Australia), so that is why it took few extra days for tracking to get live, however, it delivers fast once it goes live, at the same time if we ship from the origin it takes more than a month to deliver so the wait time is much faster-using Trans-shipment via Singapore and it clears customs easily. we appreciate your business.
