“I really like ethiopian coffee as it tends to have quite fruity complex flavours, this one is good, but not the best Ive had, it leaning more towards a colombian or possible italian coffee”

“Tastes delicious and we keep coming back but shame there's no discount for loyal customers or subscribers like us. Have mentioned this a couple of times as feedback but customer relations didn't bother responding. Spoils the experience a bit tbh.”

“We had a problem with our coffee, which the dedicated staff at Modern Standard Coffee worked hard to help us resolve (including offering exchange packets of coffee in case the beans had changed!). It turned out to be entirely the fault of our coffee machine, which required completely resetting; and nothing to do with the coffee!! Without their help we would have had great difficulty in identifying the real cause and we are hugely grateful for the assistance provided. Our favourite blend of their coffee is back to perfect. As their motto so rightly says - " Great coffee for Everyone".”

“Excellent coffee, truly excellent service. But let down twice now by delivery problems. On the last occasion (Post Office!!) the driver claimed he could not find the house and left the parcel at the local sub-post office where he was given an argument by the postmistress for not doing his job properly. Exacerbated by sending me an untrue email stating that a note had been left in my letterbox.”
