Not sure whats happened at Mountainlife, I have previously orderd from them before without issue. However my latest order was made 3 weeks ago now and I've still not received it. The only way to contact them is through the website or email for which they promise to get back to you in 24 hours - ive contacted them on both multiple times the last week and heard nothing back. There is no contact number.
Unfortunately its looking like I might have lost my money. Very disappointed. BEWARE AND AVOID”

“This is a superb company! There was a hole in the market for non-Chinese wildcrafted herbs, and this fills it with a range of amazing (mainly Siberian) products. I've rarely seen a lot of these wild herbs from anywhere except China, and the MountainLife stuff looks and smells pure. The prices are also much more affordable than mamy of the other top-line wildcrafted/wildharvested suppliers. “I emailed mountainlifehealth.com 3 times to cancel my order immediately after ordering it.
My order was for a family member who is going through cancer, and I read that Turkey Tail mushroom being beneficial to chemotherapy so I ordered it. Turns out she already has a supply of them and didn't want anymore, so I cancelled the order within 30 minutes of ordering it. Emailed again the next day with no response. And two days later an email came and said they have already shipped it.
Now what do I do? Ask a cancer patient going through chemo to return the gift because they wouldn't respond to my cancellation email?
Horrible service.”
