Not sure whats happened at Mountainlife, I have previously orderd from them before without issue. However my latest order was made 3 weeks ago now and I've still not received it. The only way to contact them is through the website or email for which they promise to get back to you in 24 hours - ive contacted them on both multiple times the last week and heard nothing back. There is no contact number.
Unfortunately its looking like I might have lost my money. Very disappointed. BEWARE AND AVOID”
“I emailed mountainlifehealth.com 3 times to cancel my order immediately after ordering it.
My order was for a family member who is going through cancer, and I read that Turkey Tail mushroom being beneficial to chemotherapy so I ordered it. Turns out she already has a supply of them and didn't want anymore, so I cancelled the order within 30 minutes of ordering it. Emailed again the next day with no response. And two days later an email came and said they have already shipped it.
Now what do I do? Ask a cancer patient going through chemo to return the gift because they wouldn't respond to my cancellation email?

Hope all is well. Sorry to hear you had a bad experaince with Mountainlife. As spoken about in our emails correspondance, distribution of specific health foods to the UAE (United Arab Emirates) and the surrounding Arab nations can be quite tricky. The shipment was lost and voided on my end and I gave a full refund via the store (directly to your card which was used for the purchase)
Sadly the logistics of this order is out of my hands as the customs and declarations in the UAE can be quite hit and miss! I usually ship bulk stock to Amazon if you ever are interested in purchasing again.
