Make it extremely hard to get your refund. I dont need a counselor ( another salesman) to guide me. Im 46. Work out 4 -5 days a week religiously. Have take. Supplements for over 20 years. I know what works for me and what doesnt. This doesnt.

Love the product, but I have a subscription, and have been told (for the last 2 months) that nootropic greens was "unavailable" with no contact from your company of how and when this would be fixed. Great way to lose a customer

Our last correspondence with you was on 29/05/2024, and it was to advise you that Australia Post attempted to deliver the parcel; however, it was unable to do so and returned it to your local Post Office. Yesterday I placed a new Order but somehow accidentally Ordered the default Vanilla instead of Chocolate. I immediately sent a message through your website plus an email. Co-incidentally I received a reply 4 minutes AFTER receiving your "Order despatched" email, saying sorry your Order has been despatched. Your internal communication system isn't up to scratch. NOT GOOD ENOUGH Scott! - I don't want the Vanilla.

Nil change in focus nor any change in general. Highly disappointed. Packaging is lovely but I feel the expensive cost was for that more than the actual products.
