“Ringo has been fine until today... now Ringo wants a password and email before I even get going... this is all ridiculous waste of my time... it is hard enough often to fiddle around with glasses, sun, lack of connection, etc. NOW THIS... I then rang the automated Ringo number and even then you wanted the security number on the back of my payment card whose details you have... so I have to dive down and find my card... the WHOLE point I thought of IT is to make life easier not harder... be quicker with my card or coin payment but of course they are no more!!!”

I reset my password 9-10 times (maybe more) without any progress. verification code only allows you a certain amount of tries before saying try again tomorrow - absolutely useless.
Ticket inspector was sympathetic and informed a lot of people have issues with the app and website.
It ruined what should have been a perfectly nice afternoon in Hampstead, leaving me with no choice but to leave the parking spot. Pathetic!”
“Absolutely disgraceful. I experienced everything other reviewers have complained about and have ended up wit 2 PCNs. No local authority should give this useless company the time of day let alone management of a car park! I have paid the charge for 3 days parking by cheque, returned the PCNs and written to the MP, the Mayor, the High Sheriff and the Leader of the Council asking them to do the right and ethical thing and scrap this company with its underhand and discriminatory practices.”
“Devil's point Plymouth today 17th July 2024. Parking m/c our of order. So can't get my free first 3 hours parking. Message board says phone a number. When that number phoned message says unable to process parking on this number download app. If app downloaded a fee is applied. Parking attendant will still issue fies though. This company is F------ hopeless. May complaints”
“I have just spent 45 minutes trying to pay for parking. I have an account from years ago but don't remember the password. Every time I try to create a new password it does not send an email and it says that my phone number isn't verified so it cannot send a verification code. Thanks for messing up my training.”

“I am trying to update my vehicle as I have a private reg. I can’t speak to anyone can’t contact even a robot . We pay more for this diabolical service which is not convenient and the profit should go back into the community. It’s killing the high street as not everyone can use it and it’s open to fraud”
