“Had to cancel cruise due to Illness, I lost all my money. Company were not empathetic, Just interested in getting my money. I offered my hospital notes, they weren’t interested. We had to cancel two cruises and lost money on both. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have traveled with this company at least six times before as well. Sadly one of my friends, Chao Lan Chiu, her son had a car accident in Taiwan. She requests to cancel her holiday for looking after her son. We found another friend to pay her the cruise price and replace her on this trip. We thought the amendment fee was £50 but I was informed NCL requests £794 for the amendment.
Please have sympathy to Chao Lan Chiu. She nearly lost her son. She had to cancel her Taiwan-UK flights.
Please help her to make the amendment with £50 amendment fee. Please! Please!”
