“Had to cancel cruise due to Illness, I lost all my money. Company were not empathetic, Just interested in getting my money. I offered my hospital notes, they weren’t interested. We had to cancel two cruises and lost money on both. I will never recommend this company to anyone. I have traveled with this company at least six times before as well. I’m so disappointed with them.”
