“Excellent. The IP camera arrived promptly. Setting it up with my outdated system proved to be very difficult. Your technical department (Brett Sampson) was patient, knowledgeable, and persevered until the problem was solved. Would not buy from anyone else now! Fabulous service. Thanks John West”

“Shortly after my initial review (2 posts down), Sam from Network Webcams got in touch. He apologised for not getting back to me before. Axis had advised him that an additional back plate was necessary to fit the M2036 camera to the Axis pole mount bracket and Sam offered to courier one to me to fit free of charge. This arrived promptly the following day and now provides the required secure fitting for the camera to the pole mount bracket. The Axis documentation is not sufficiently clear on this point and I am grateful to Sam and Network Webcams for providing a satisfactory resolution to the problem.”

“I ordered an Axis M2036 camera together with an Axis pole mount bracket upon which to fix the camera. On receipt, I could not find two holes on the camera base to marry up with two corresponding holes on the mount bracket through which I could fix the mounting bolts. I called support and spoke to Ben who said that the mount bracket should support this camera. He would refer the issue to Axis and come back to me. He never did. Eventually I managed to fix the camera to the mount bracket using just one bolt with two further bolts holding the bottom lip of the camera in place but this is not an optimum solution.”

“Very happy with my purchased product and information provided on website, but my order was delivered to the wrong address. Camera was left outside a neighbour's house (who was away at the time) and hence was received later than expected. Another (and sadly all too familiar) case of what was otherwise an very good purchasing experience being spolied by a lazy and/or incompetent courier !”

Unfortunately, although we try hard to ensure our couriers deliver accurately and on time, mistakes do happen which are ultimately out of our control.
