“This is the second IP camera I've bought from Network Webcams and I went back to them (rather than a box-shifting store) because I knew they'd be around to support me with configuration and setup, if needed. In the end, I got the new camera set up and working, but am planning to call them with one remaining issue.”

“I'd never used this company before but came across them when looking for kit to replace our CCTV system. I'd already got what I thought were the best prices from across the web for the kit I wanted. I came across their website, saw they had a price-match promise so gave them a call. Their initial pricing was better than the prices I already had without me having to ask them to price-match! They also have a free technical helpdesk which gave me confidence as I was planning on doing the whole installation myself rather than getting a professional CCTV company in! They are also Axis Gold Partners so they offer free technical support for the lifetime of the product as well as a three year warranty advanced replacement service which again gave me great confidence in using them. All in all I've had great, friendly service and know they are there to provide me with help and support should I need it.”

“Excellent company to deal with. It was refreshing to speak to someone who understood my requirements and was able to recommend the correct product. I was able to download the software from the Axis website and had the camera up and running (locally to test) within half and hour My plan is to install the camera in the porch to use for front door / garden visitor surveillance.. I'm planning to use a mixture of my Windows Desktop PC, Nexus Tablet and Samsung Galaxy S3 to monitor events so hopefully I'll have more to report on in the coming weeks.”

“After finding Network Webcams website through google I phone in regards to some questions I had about improving the security around my house with a few cameras. The service I recieved from Darren was fantastic and in the end I bought 3 Lilin camera's which i am delighted with 2 of one model and one of another. If it wasnt for Darren's knowledge and service I would have continued looking. The packages turned up the next day and even though there was a blip with the courier Network Webcams contacted me and fixed the issue. Thoroughly good experience. Will certainly buy more from them”
