“I had an absolutely terrible experience with NextDayCatering. I purchased an expensive item, which was never delivered, and they failed to provide any tracking information. When I followed up, I discovered through their own photo evidence that the item was delivered to the wrong address. Despite this clear proof of their mistake, they flat out refused to issue a refund.
To make matters worse, Sam, the person handling my case, was shockingly rude, spoke to me in a disgusting tone, and showed zero professionalism or accountability. They even went as far as to reject all my calls, completely ignoring my concerns. I have been left with neither the item nor my money, and their customer service is beyond disgraceful. Avoid this company at all costs!”
“I had a terrible experience with this company. Not only did they take ages to deliver my order, but they also failed to keep in touch, leaving me clueless about when my items would arrive. There was no tracking number provided, and it was only after I called them several days later that I could get any information about my purchase.
My sink delivery was an absolute nightmare. After waiting nearly all day outside my workplace for the delivery, I finally had to change the delivery address to my home just to get it delivered.
The freezer was by far the worst part of the entire experience. They advertise “free delivery,” but this is a complete lie. What they don’t make clear is that if you purchase something heavy, you need four or more people to handle the delivery—and they charge you for this. I was charged £320, which I found outrageous. I’m going to report this company across every platform possible so no one else has to go through this. As a woman, of course I would need someone to help carry a freezer, but this cost should have been made clear at the time of purchase so I could decide whether or not to proceed.
To make matters worse, the delivery team only received £190, while Next Day Catering kept the rest of the money. They essentially overcharged me and failed to pay the delivery service fairly. They lied about their delivery service, offered no support, and didn’t try to resolve the problem.
What’s the point of buying something at a lower price if the service is this terrible? I will never shop with them again and will warn others to avoid them.”
“Absolutely dire service, ordered goods on the 20th of December. Almost a month later, with no communication, we had to cancel the order. They don't answer the phones, and it took a dozen emails to get a response. Now, 10 days after promising a refund, they still have almost £2000 of my money.
Terrible company that appears to be insolvent.”

Suppose to get delivered a stainless steel worktop,they missed the day of delivery, I have to pay an extra day the contractors waiting for it,then they send and email saying that the item was damaged so it was a delay, soon as I see the email I try ti cancel the order but of course thos scammers said I've to pay 25% stock fees. Scammers scammers. Stay away, cheep products, adexa much better”

So I was adamant that my new commercial kitchen appliances were not from the other awful company Adexa whom I’d had previous terrible dealings with, and so found the items I needed from these guys.
Price was decent, but to my horror the products that were marked to me for delivery where Adexa products. So i emailed and called to cancel. This was ignored and they still tried to deliver my items which I declined delivery. Now they are taking 25% off both items which is over £1400 for both orders for restocking even though I emailed to cancel prior to delivery.
Now 3 weeks on you can’t get through to them on the phone and when you do, you get a Kim, Pamela or Kirsty and god knows who else that would speak like they have just got out of bed on the other end of the line, being super unhelpful!!! Not!!
I’m still waiting for me refund and will now probably have to go legal or through my bank.
Stay away from these thieves. Totally dodgy company who are obviously the same owners as Adexa.
Shameful that people like this can trade and sleep at night.
Get them closed down by not ordering.”

I purchased an oven. The on/off switch failed within 6 weeks. When I contacted them for a replacement switch (4 months ago), they sent me a detailed list of requirements, including the need for a commercial electrical report on the failed component.
Everything was completed and returned.
Nothing more was heard from them. They generally don't answer the phone, and when they do, they make excuses and state they will look into it; they never phone back.
Worst company I have dealt with in thirty years.”
