I have been using NuLids for a year and half. The magnet in my first device recently stopped working, so the tip wouldn't stay on (the lights stopped working early on, but that really didn't matter) and I ordered a new one. I use it daily so that seems like a typical life span. It has been extremely helpful keeping my eyelash line clean and has allowed me to feel confident wearing eye makeup on occasion as it does really help make sure I get it all off. The charge lasts a long time, so no need to bring the charger on vacation and risk leaving it behind.

I have been using NuLids for a bit over a week now and I see and feel a difference. I expect to keep improving over time. This is a quick process, 30 sec per eye each day vs 15-20 mins with heat packs that didn't really do the job (probably because I wasn't very consistent).

I wear glasses and contact lenses. O was tired of my eyes especially in the morning were crusty and I did research went to ophthalmologist and was advised to buy products (Cliradex, Optase, heating mask. It did relieve symptoms. Very expensive get procedure BlephEx. I research Nulids. So far so good. I had to call customer service and she explained how it works.

I have dry eye due to issues from a bone marrow transplant (an auto-immune type response). I have tried all the things. So far nulids provides a different type of relief than all the drops I use. It does clean my lashes and lids very well and I seem to be able to go longer between using my drops. Looking forward to seeing how this helps me long term.

So far, it is hard to tell how much it is helping. It feels good during and right after using it but doesn’t seem to have a lasting effect yet. It had been less than a month so I will keep using it to see if improves the dry eye symptoms throughout the day.

I've only been using product for a week so I don't know if it's working.

I've had the Nulids device for just over a month. It's hard to tell if it's made a difference. I have dry eyes as a result of eyelid surgery so I don't know if this will resolve my issue but I'm trying everything. I would return it to get the 30 day refund but I've heard sometimes it takes six weeks so I guess I'll keep trying. I may need to get IPL first. I'm sorry that you have to keep buying tips and the lube every month.

Nulids has been very effective in easing my dry eyes. This the first time using Nulids. it really helps to ease my scratching eyes. I was happy to get a discount as I think they are a little expensive.

At first, the tips felt rather harsh on my eyelids and I wasn't sure the system would work for me. After a few weeks of using NuLIds, my eyelids did feel cleaner and less irritated. I'm still evaluating if the system has helped increase tear flow. The costs are rather high to use it daily on a long-term basis.

Too soon to tell only had them for a few days. My eyelashes do seem cleaner but need to get used to the rough feel if the plastic.

Provides moderate relief so far. It does help me reduce the amount of scratching I do with my nails but ultimately I still need to use my nails to clear the pores completely. I do plan to keep on using it for now but not sure how well it works after the first week of use.

Addendum to previous review: A few weeks after I started using NuLids the chalazia returned, with a vengeance. I currently have three. I wish I could say this did the trick but like everything else I've tried, relief was short-lived.

Daily use for a month. No significant improvements to my dry eyes. My eyes do feel clean after using it, but hard to justify the price. Quality of the device is cheap. Device has accumulated water on the inside and I’m worried it will short circuit soon.

I have been using Nulids daily for 30 days and have not noticed a significant improvement! I plan to keep using hoping for an improvement because all other treatments have not helped either!

I don't think this product has a good value for the price that's charged. The charger that was sent did not work so I had to use my own charger. Even using my own charger the device doesn't hold a charge longer than one use. It's loud it's not super comfortable, I wouldn't recommend it

I have been using this device for about a week. I have tried different positions on my eyes without pressure as directions instruct. I watched video as well. My eyes are most irritated and sensitive to this device. My eyes don't feel comfortable after use, and it takes a while for them to calm down. They do not turn red but while using it is quite uncomfortable. I don't feel this device is for everyone. I am returning.

Unimpressive so far..seems like you could get a new very soft tooth brush and do same thing…also the high priced replacement brushes are not packed sterile so not sure why they need to be replaced instead of just placed in like contact lens solultion
