“Updating review - recieved wrong product, but called and spoke to someone right away which was great. Was offered a return no questions asked or a 20% refund if I keep the product. Great customer service.”

“My an online order for Ting received confirmation of order and email the following day stating an shipping label was created. Took my money and never shipped my order. I contacted them a week later to find out what was goin and was told items was out of order so take my money if the item wasn’t available, I had to place multiple calls just to get a refund. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!”

“The products themselves are great. The set up is strange, they didn’t even know my package wasn’t picked up by the courier. When I brought it up they finally mailed my items. When said items came I was missing a package. When brought up again, they said they ran out of the product and would refund me. Why couldn’t they put that on the site as sold out when I already paid for it. This was over the span of two weeks.”
