“Cardigan far too short....cropped style....not as it looks in the photos. Also, there is apparently no Evri drop of on the Isle of Wight, so had to pay a further £3.75 to return via post office. Tried to arrange home collection but website didn't offer option.”

“. Ethics is a priority which is great . Quite expensive but cheaper in comparison to other eco-brands . Less practical clothing and more thin dresses that aren't really suitable for day-to-day wear and cold weather . Models are often very thin and not very diverse and sizing is not very inclusive- these aspects should also be taken seriously if a brand wants to be truly 'ethical'”

“After reading a recommendation by Jess Cartier-Morley in The Guardian, I ordered a Susie jumper as a gift. I am keen to buy sustainably and the website described the composition as 50% cotton (organic I assumed) and 50% recycled acrylic. When I received it the label just said 100% acrylic. Rather misleading.”

“Like the ethos of the brand. Have bought two products so far. Love the cardigan I bought…good quality. However I also purchased a skirt which I felt was poor quality and the cost of returns has put me off ordering again.”
