“Needed a Chromebook for my son to complete his studies Through Google searches I came across Orion and found the perfect refurbished Lenovo Chromebook at a brilliant price ordered on the Sunday and was delivered the Tuesday fast delivery, no fuss and my son is back completing his studies. “⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Service I ordered a refurbished MacBook on 19 December, order # 2807 which arrived with “Battery Service Recommended”. I sent it back as requested, but then was told it was lost in the warehouse. I was promised a replacement with a new battery, but the replacement also arrived with the same battery issue (cycle count 628). After a month of delays, broken promises, and miscommunication, I was left with a faulty laptop just before I needed it for travel. Very disappointing service — I do not recommend Orion Computers.”

“Hi It's been extremely fast delivery from paying for it - to being in my hands it's only been 48hrs. I've just finished installing all of the main programs & the lenovo Chromebook was very cheap & it works exception well.”

“Needed a couple of low cost systems to enable speedy check in of members to our meetings. Also required to show powerpoint presentations when necessary. Ordered two HP Chromebooks that arrived in good time and good condition.”

“Ordered chromebook with hdmi port to use with a monitor, but it arrived without the hdmi port. Orion slow to answer our messages and emails, so we were fearful of returning it and then waiting on replacement 'as and when' they had another available. We suggested an adaptor so we could use the monitor without the 'if and when' another chromebook could be sent to us. Again Orion very slow, all together about 5 weeks of endless messaging to resolve. Didnt want to leave review but appreciate the 2 year warranty. Order number 2044/#2044”

“Laptop arrived quickly and seems to be in good condition, but the charger I was given alongside it is on the fritz. Ordered a charger elsewhere, will report back when it arrives, but first charger actually sparked on plugging it in so I'm concerned about the safety of it.”

“Bought a laptop but when it arrived it would not turn on. Got in touch with Orion and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally with s replacement. Very happpy wirh the way this was handeled - no quibbles just solutions. Would certainly use again.”
