“Purchased a Chromebook via Wowcher. Paid for express delivery, item was supposed to arrive on Wednesday 26th, it didn't arrive until Friday 28th, six days after purchase. I contacted Orion regarding this but they failed to respond! When the Chromebook eventually arrived it was filthy dirty with a damaged screen and a broken hinge! I have no idea how it was sent out in this condition! I set up the Chromebook to see how it worked. The touch screen doesn't work very well, it's impossible to flip the screen as the hinge is broken. Very disappointed, I have contacted Orion but so far haven't had a reply! AVOID THIS COMPANY!”

“Chromebook purchased for my son as his first computer to get used to a computer and keyboard. Apart from a very small mark on the screen, very good condiiton and works well. For £50, I couldnt expect anything more. Very impressed. Wowcher Order Number: 62420144 Order numbeer: 50664250”

“Device has been refurbished well and has had new case stickers applied to make the device look like brand new. Cant go wrong for the price as a cheaper alternative to purchasing brand new. Only issue for us is it has US QWERTY keyboard so no £ sign and a few keys moved around like # and @ not an issue as you can either insert of change keyboard layout to UK but if you look at keys they will be in the wrong place. Being a school this could confuse a few students but these are better value so happy with purchase.”
