“I received my dyed shoes very quickly. The colour is a perfect match to my outfit. I am delighted with this service and would definitely use it again. My one small criticism is that the shoes are not waterproofed, so I have had to get that done elsewhere. It would be wonderful if you could add this service to the dyeing process.”

The reason we unfortunately cannot waterproof dyed items before returning them to you, is that once waterproofed, they cannot be re-dyed, so we wouldn't be able to re-dye them, should you not be happy with the colour. I hope that makes sense! We would recommend using the Kiwi waterproof spray, which can be bought in supermarkets or on websites like Amazon or Ebay. We really hope you'll enjoy wearing your shoes!
“Absolutely beautiful shoes chosen for my nieces wedding. They were so beautiful and well made. They were so much better than I expected for the price. The crystal detailing on the heel is just fabulous and intricate. I had so many compliments. High but not too high and extremely comfortable to wear all day. I take a size 4 and the sizing was spot on. I will definitely be back for more pairs from Paradox. Also, very prompt delivery. All in all, I’m delighted.”
