“The shoe itself was lovely and very pretty, however one shoe fell apart after 1 wear (on my wedding day) the bottom of the heel came off making them now unwearable without getting them repaired. They weren’t exactly cheap either, £85. Wouldn’t recommend or buy again.”

I'm really sorry to hear that there was an issue with your shoes. I have sent you an email, so we can hopefully sort this for you. Hira has been our best-selling shoe for more than 3 years and we've never had any issues with them. If you could respond to my email with some photos when you get a chance, that would be really helpful and we can look into this for you.
