“The bags are not very good quality at all but I suppose the price reflects that. The first one I ordered had a clasp which wouldnt open and the other two were really poor quality”
“I purchased a pair of shoes and after wearing them once for a few hours, the sole around the toes was almost worn out. Paradox deemed this to be ‘normal wear and tear’ - finding this difficult to comprehend as this is saying that the shoes are only good for one wear ??? Although Paradox were quick to respond to my emails, it was not a satisfactory resolution.”
“I received my order today after a delay ,I was very disappointed to have to pay a customs charge which made the shoes very expensive I won't be buying from Paradox London again as it was not stated when I was purchasing that ther would be a customs charge”
“As there has been a problem with using SHOP to pay for my shoes. Max Young deceased has never had anything to do with my purchase . Due to an error which needs correcting with SHOP and myself . I have no idea how to go about correcting the error. I bought the shoes with my credit card using SHOP. The credit card is in my name not Max Young. So there is something wrong with the automotive system which appears to use Max Youngs name as the billing address . When actually he is deceased and he hasn't used a credit card with his name on to pay for any goods. I found the shoes I bought too narrow size 6 and had to return them . Hopefully I will be getting my money put back on my credit card! Hopefully Max Young's name will be removed as the billing address at the care home where he used to be looked after! I have tried to contact SHOP to have the Error sorted but not easy getting in touch to do that!”
“I have always been really happy with all shoes previously orders .
These shoes are really hard material and really uncomfortable.
In my opinion definitely not a wide fit.
I have just arranged a return on them.”
